Shipment of parts and items of any kind must be insured against loss or damage.
PARTS & COMPONENTS INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Parts orders are checked for accuracy, condition, and completeness, some parts can be small so please check your order packaging carefully.
If you receive damaged or missing parts:
Please
note: When you receive your order please check it carefully and if there is
a discrepancy please contact us immediately or within 3
business days of receipt
of your order. After 3 business days no claims
will be accepted.
Cases
of damaged/missing parts: Save all parts in the same box and
have the UPS/freight driver make a written notation of the damage
or loss on receipt and accept the shipment
but be sure that the driver writes "Damaged or Missing freight Before you
sign for it
otherwise your claim will be denied, also be sure to contact us
immediately.
Parts returns:
Please contact us to obtain
a required (RGA) (return goods authorization number) please include a copy of
your original invoice along
with your returned item. Credit will be issued
upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Note: returns
for credit
must be
made within 14 business days.
A restocking fee for returned items may apply in some cases at our discretion based upon circumstances of non-stock, special order items Etc.
